Within the activities of the 2022 Riyadh Season of the Entertainment Authority, and organized by the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones and Informa Company, Slnee participated in the Black Hat event, which is considered one of the largest events in the field of cybersecurity, during the period from 15 to 17 of last November at the Riyadh Front.
It was attended by over 30,000 visitors, including 250 prominent cybersecurity companies and more than 40 startup companies. The event featured over 200 international speakers and covered a variety of topics to cater to the diverse audience, including 23 specialized training courses in cybersecurity presented by 50 Black Hat Certified Trainers.
The Slnee Company’s pavilion witnessed an active presence to celebrate the launch of its digital platform, “Deom Keeper,” which contributes to preserving and depositing codes and software codes of any type and securing them. The Executive Director of Slnee Company, M., also praised him. Majid Al-Qabbani stressed the importance of software and technical systems and the necessity of protecting them from any threats or risks witnessed in cyberspace.
Slnee has signed many agreements with government agencies and private associations, the most important of which was with the Hafr Al-Batin Municipality. His Excellency Engineer Mutaib Al-Shammari, Director of Information Technology, explained that the Hafr Al-Batin Municipality intended to sign a memorandum of understanding enhancing cooperation between the two parties on several projects to advance the software industry. The Secretariat has activated the use of the “Deomkeepr” platform to save code, test its quality, and enhance its security.
In addition to the signing between the Slnee Company and the Programmers Association (Barmag), a memorandum of understanding aims to make the DoomKeeper platform available to all programmers in the Kingdom and provide preferential prices to subscribe to it for life. His Excellency Engineer Abdulaziz Al-Arej, Chair of the Association’s Board of Directors, noted that empowering, serving, and supporting programmers in the Kingdom is one of the priorities of the Baramg Association to be a real building block for supporting the national economic base and contributing to building a creative generation.
