The King Abdulaziz Award for Quality and Institutional Excellence is considered a national symbol honoring outstanding performance and high quality in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and it contributes to spreading a culture of quality and supporting small and medium enterprises to achieve excellence in managing their business and the quality of their services. Salni Company is proud to have received the King Abdulaziz Quality Award under the “Certificate of Institutional Excellence: Committed/Initiated to Excellence”.

In view of the effective role offered by open source software and its ability to contribute to achieving digital transformation, achieving technical sustainability and technical security, the Programmers Association Programming held the Saudi Open Source Summit Conference in its second session for the year 2022 in partnership with the Saudi Federation for Cyber Security, Programming and Drones and the Ministry of Communications, Information Technology and the Center of Excellence for Information Security at King Saud University.

In order to achieve the vision of the Kingdom 2030 and with the aim of developing its national industries and enhancing its exports to global markets, the Saudi Export Development Authority launched the “Made in Saudi Arabia” exhibition,It is a new and huge commercial initiative that brought together multiple industries and local and international expertise under one roof.

Slnee successfully participated in this event as part of the Riyadh Season activities organized by the National Cybersecurity Authority, within the framework of Riyadh Season 2021. The event took place at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center from November 28 to 30. It is considered the largest event of its kind in the region in the field of cybersecurity, providing the most prominent innovators of cybersecurity solutions with the opportunity to showcase their latest defensive and offensive technologies.

Gitex Technology has been one of the most important annual exhibitions and conferences specializing in Information Technology for more than 41 years.

IT specialists and IT companies, whether established or emerging, who operate in over 26 different sectors from all over the world visit each year to participate in this exhibition.

The GITEX Technology Exhibition offers a range of experiences in several sectors to highlight the latest innovations and developments; this is done through a series of discussions and exchanging of views on current trends and future opportunities, advanced workshops and training sessions. Through this exchange of knowledge and methodologies, Slnee has emerged as one of the more prominent parties to participate in this exhibition.

To build a technical generation with national competencies, the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology launched the initiative to localize technology centers to develop applications under the patronage of His Excellency the Deputy Minister, Engineer Haitham bin Abdul Rahman Al-Ohali, and it was carried out in partnership with 12 companies, including Slnee. Although the goals of this initiative are multiple, creating job opportunities and achieving economic development through qualifying and developing emerging national competencies is among the most important of these goals.

The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology also sought through the initiative to exchange expand technology to numerous local communities in various regions of the Kingdom by, thus encouraging and supporting the private sector to invest in 23 centers, ensuring a future of socially conscious and innovative generations at the same time

In conclusion, the steps taken to launch this initiative were courageous, more than 41,000 have been trained which directly impacts Saudization in qualitative fields of communications and information technology, more than 21,000 have been hired since its launch, and contributed to the rate of 56% Saudization goal, and the rate of women’s participation to reach 24.7%.

Slnee is proud to participate in the virtual launch of the initiative and its contribution to localizing technology production to achieve the sustainable economic development goals of 2030 Vision.

Under the generous auspices of His Highness Prince Dr. Bandar bin Abdullah bin Mashari Al Saud, Assistant Minister of Interior for Technical Affairs, Honorary Member of the Association of Programmers launches the Maysem Award in its first session in 2021. Technical settlement, achieving technical sovereignty and spreading the culture of open source in the Kingdom Many sectors have been involved, including government, private and non-profit sectors, a technical group, individuals and entrepreneurs. Slnee participated in this year`s Maysem competition and was thanked for receiving the Maysem Diamond Level Award in its first session of 2021 in the sector category of the resource planning management system "SERP" to adopt and use open sources of the SERP system We add this achievement to the rest of the company`s achievements

One of our clients was honored at the Strategic Initiative Award at the Ministry of Interior's Abacher VI Forum following the implementation of the Strategic Initiative 2019 for Open Source Systems Initiative using the company's swarm system.

In 2020, SLNEE was honored for its active contribution to the development of technical communities, stimulating technological innovation, supporting open source solutions, and supporting Small and Medium-sized Enterprises through the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology's Ta'a ayat initiative.

The social development program was created to enhance participating companies’ capabilities to ensure the improvement of their performance and increase their growth in the local and regional markets. The program focused on providing adequate training and advice targeting a variety of organizations. The success of the program has contributed to further development and expansion, better quality in operations management, and strategic directives within the company.
